Hello everyone! I hope you all had a lovely week! It was a busy one in the Jay household. We celebrated Thanksgiving as well as the first few nights of Chanukah. It was nice to have so much time with family and to be able to relax and take things slow for a few days. I also did lots of cooking. I made potato latkes (and shared my recipe yesterday if you are interested). I also made a pumpkin challah, which smelled amazing, plus a bunch of other stuff. Yum!
