Today I am so pleased to welcome Anyta Sunday to Joyfully Jay. Anyta has come to talk to us about her latest release, Gemini Keeps Capricorn.  Please join me in giving her a big welcome!

Happy New Year to all romance lovers out there! I wish you all the happiness, health and success in the world, and that many great books cross your path.

GeminiKeepsCapricorn-Promo2 While the Christmas time is a good time to reflect and look back at what happened, I like to take the start of the new year and plan what lies ahead. Just as I love plotting out my stories, I also like to plot out the upcoming year – new releases, translations, and all that good stuff. Today, I’d like to give you an exclusive sneak peek at what’s coming!

As you know, just a couple of weeks ago, Gemini Keeps Capricorn, book #3 in the “Signs of Love” series was released – leaving me with six other star signs that have to yet get their book written! So in 2018, expect to see their stories in Signs of Love 4 – 6. I’m not giving away the pairings yet, but you can look forward to meeting a college professor and a high school drop out turned comic artist in an opposites attract, (small) age gap, marriage of convenience romance (slow burn goes without saying).

I’m already in love with them, and would like to share a short teaser with you! (Note: this is an unedited draft, read at own risk :P)

Once Beckett’s mom and guests had left, Beckett brought Rowan and his worldly belongings into an exposed-beam attic with a chain-pull light. He set his box and suitcase at the base of a slanted wall. The space was small and sparse. A small window, a chest of drawers, and a low futon.

“The wooden slats are creaky,” Beckett said, “and the bathroom is back down the ladder.”

“It’s perfect.”

A fat, black spider bungee-jumped from the beam above him, and dangled in front of Rowan’s nose. He yelped and scuttled behind Beckett, grabbing him by the blazer sleeves. Beckett thrummed with tension under his palms.

He stepped out from Rowan’s touch toward the spider. “Does a big, strapping man like you want me to get rid of the tiny bastard?”

“That’s a big, strapping yes.”

A few precise movements later, Beckett caught the hairy beast in his hands. Rendering him both insane and his hero.

Beckett kneeled on the bed, opened the window, and set the spider free outside. “My sister sleeps here when she visits. The sheets are freshly changed.”

Fresh bed, lovely. Rowan was more concerned about suicidal spiders. He studied the ceiling with a shudder. “Do you think there are more?”

The window clapped shut. “Would you feel better sleeping with my cat?”

Rowan’s gaze moved to Beckett’s hands fitting the lock. Long-fingered, deft, sure. “I’d feel better sleeping with you.”

Beckett let out a strangled laugh, swung off the bed, and moved to the ladder. “Goodnight, Rowan.” He dropped gracefully out of sight.

Rowan called after him. “I’ll take the cat!”

Blurb

GeminiKeepsCapricon-fSometimes, one stubborn Capricorn is all it takes…to drive Wesley Hidaka to crazy, flirtatious lengths.

Wesley loves annoying his RA Lloyd Reynolds. He just can’t help it. Lloyd is focused, decisive, grounded. He has this amusing ability to follow rules.

Of course Wesley wants Lloyd to break one…or three hundred.

Sometimes, one diabolically grinning Gemini is all it takes…to have Lloyd laying down the law and marching Wesley straight back to his dorm room.

It doesn’t stop Wesley teasing again. And again. And again…

But damn. Lloyd doesn’t crack easily. He’s full of principles. He’s unshakable.

He’s the perfect friend to have when Wesley needs help. Like with his truant brother and his old high school principal.

Sometimes, one little lie is all it takes… to find Wesley fake-engaged to his off-limits RA.

What can he say? It seemed like a good idea in the moment . . .

Gemini Keeps Capricorn” serves up a double shot of cluelessness, with a side of rock’n’roll and topped with a slow burn HEA. It can be read as a standalone.
