Hi everyone! Hope you all are doing well and having lots of fun reading.  This is a bit of a short week with American Thanksgiving, but we’ve still got lots of great things going on.

First off, Monday is going to be a busy day! I will be reviewing Pretty Monsters by Andrea Speed, a great little short story about a convenience store clerk working next door to a hell portal!  And Andrea will be here as well for an interview and a giveaway.

Also, Monday is the last day to enter to win a copy of a Cat Grant backlist book.  She visited for a great interview last Wednesday so be sure to leave a comment to enter to win.  (Plus, hot pics of Darren Criss, Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy and Alexander Skarsgard!)

Then on Tuesday I will be reviewing Paper Planes by M. Jules Aedin.  This was a great story that features both an interracial couple as well as a character with a prosthetic leg (I love some diversity in my romance!).  Plus it is super hot!  And even better, Aedin is giving away a copy of the book to one lucky commenter.  Hurray!

On Wednesday I’ll be reviewing Boats in the Night by Josephine Myles.  This story is also set in the narrowboat community and features an adorably uptight disgraced teacher and a sexy hippie fire dancer! And if you sign up for Myles’ newsletter, you can get a copy for free!

Thursday I am taking a break for Thanksgiving (most likely eating my weight in sweet potatoes with little marshmallows! Yum!).

Then on Friday I will be back with another busy day.  I will be reviewing both Wild Raspberries and its sequel Wintergreen by Jane Davitt.  These stories focus on the relationship between a young man and a reclusive assassin.  Friday will also be the last day for the Andrea Speed giveaway.

And just to tease you a bit further, lots of exciting stuff coming up in the next few weeks.  We have blog stops, interviews, and giveaways coming up from a lot of great authors:

  • L.A. Witt
  • Kari Gregg
  • Sloan Parker
  • Aleksandr Voinov
  • Rhianon Etzweiler
  • Kerry Freeman
And for the very long tease, after all the fun of Virgin Hero Week I have already started planning for our next theme week… ROCK STAR WEEK!  Right now I am planning for some time in early February.  I have already started gathering ideas for reviews and other posts, so I am super excited and hope to make it a really fun week.

More details will come as we get closer, but if anyone has any suggestions for things they would like to see reviewed or included included in the list of rockin’ rocker books, feel free to let me know.  And if there are any authors out there with a good rocker (or musician) story that you are interested in having reviewed (or are willing to donate a copy for a giveaway), please let me know.  And I’d love to get guest posts as well (from readers or authors) so if you have thoughts about rock stars, rocker books, or just some hot pictures to share, I’d love to have you.

Hope you all have a great week!
