Hello everyone!  Hope you are all having a great weekend. We are continuing to have unseasonably warm weather here, much to my delight and my snow-loving daughter’s great frustration!  The blog is continuing to be busy, which is really great, and I have lots more great stuff for you all coming up.

Before I get into this week’s schedule, a few bits of news.

First, just wanted to remind you all about Gay Rom Lit, a gathering for readers, authors, and publishers of GLBTQ romance, being held this fall in Albuquerque.  Registration opened this week and it sounds like it is going to be an amazing time.  I am all signed up and can’t wait to meet everyone.  If you are going, let me know so we can connect!

Also, you may have noticed the new Boxer Falls banner in my side bar.  This is a serial story being told by lots of great m/m romance authors over on the Goodreads M/M Romance board.  Joyfully Jay is going to be sponsoring some of the weekly episodes, as well as hosting guest posts from some of the coordinators.  If you haven’t had a chance to read the story, be sure to check it out.

Last thing is that I am super excited about a planned blog redesign.  I just signed on with a fabulous designer who is going to get Joyfully Jay all shiny and new!  Although I like the current look, my design skills are pretty meager and I think the new design will be much nicer.  It will probably be mid-late May before anything new shows up, but I am really excited about it.

Ok, so on to this week. We are busy busy once again!

First up, on Monday I will be reviewing the First Impressions series by Josephine Myles. This is a trilogy of short stories (including one freebie) about two guys who meet on the train and fall in love.  I really loved this opposites attract story and think you all will too.

Also on Monday, I will be reviewing Object of His Desire, a historical by Ava March. March’s stories are always hot and romantic and this one was no exception.

Then on Tuesday, we’ll be posting our Favorite Books and Favorite Covers for February. Lots of great stuff this month.

Also on Tuesday, Sammy will have a guest review of A Life Without You by Erica Pike. Don’t forget that the giveaway for this book ends tonight, so if you haven’t entered, be sure to check it out!

On Wednesday, I will be reviewing The Psychic and the Sleuth, a historical by Bonnie Dee and Summer Devon.  This one combines mystery and romance and was super good.

Also on Wednesday, Melanie will be reviewing The Storyteller, a free short story by Blaine Arden.  It is a fantasy story featuring a blind hero and a bit of BDSM all rolled into one.

Then on Thursday, Melanie will have a review of By the Way by Megan Derr.  This is a short story with a friends to lovers theme about a man who gets divorced and finally finds what he has always wanted.

Later on Thursday, I’ll be reviewing The Amethyst Cat Caper, a new story by Charlie Cochet. This one is a detective story set in the 1930s and has a great period feel.

Then on Friday, Charlie will be visiting the blog to talk to us more about The Amethyst Cat Caper and she is bringing a copy of the book to give away.

Also on Friday, Melanie will be reviewing The Ronin and the Fox by Cornelia Grey.  If you missed Cornelia’s guest post last week, be sure to check it out.

So that should wrap us up for this week.  Hope you all enjoy! Jay
