Lots of cover pretties for you all this month.  I think had some particularly gorgeous ones this time around. I am continually amazed at the varying quality of romance covers and these were especially impressive.

Changing Worlds by Cari Z
Cover art by Nathie

This was by far my favorite cover of the month. It is just so gorgeous.  Beautiful color, striking illustrations, and so perfectly captures a key scene in the story. Just loved this one. This artist does some fabulous work.

Pearl by Kelly Rand
Cover art by Dare Empire eMedia

We didn’t actually review this book, but we did host a blog stop featuring this story. And really I couldn’t resist this gorgeous cover. I really love this one. The images is just beautiful and I love how the color is so subtly done.  This cover conveys the period of the book so nicely.  So beautiful.

Treasure and Burning Bright by Megan Derr
Cover art by London Burden

Melanie has really been enjoying the covers to this series.  Each one forms a map of the world of the story and the colors represent the people featured in each story.

Time Gone By by Jan Suzukawa
Cover art by Anne Cain

This was one of Melanie’s favorite covers of the month. With the Bitterroot Mountain range as the backdrop, the two men in front perfectly capture the two main characters. Just absolutely gorgeous in every way.

Super Sock Man by Amy Lane
Cover art by Anne Cain

I kind of liked this one, mostly because it is so cute.  The socks obviously play a big role in the story, and I liked the playful nature of the image.  It just fits the story so well.

Sebastian’s Wolves by Valentina Heart
Cover art by Justin James

Mmm, something about this one just called to me. Love that it is all black and white with that pop of color in the eyes.  And those lips? Sigh.

Acrobat by Mary Calmes
Cover art by Anne Cain

Melanie said this cover art is such a sensual piece of art that she would love to have a copy. In the introduction Calmes and Cain talk about the inspiration for the cover, deceased artist Steve Walker’s painting Parallel Dreams. This cover is glorious in its depiction of love between two men.

Armed & Dangerous by Abigail Roux
Cover art by Mara McKennen

Melanie likes the simple designs on the covers of this series. And the handcuffs play an important role in the story.

Infected by Andrea Speed
Cover art by Anne Cain

Melanie loves the covers for this series and I agree this one is so striking.  Really gets the tone of the story.  And for those of you who agree, the covers are available as wallpaper on Speed’s website.
