Hello everyone! I hope you all had a lovely week. The big news this week is obviously the election. Although I don’t want to get into too much in the way of politics, I just wanted to mention how thrilled I am that we passed a marriage equality law here in Maryland. I have been tracking this bill for months, writing letters to my congresspeople, making donations, working the polls, etc and I still can’t believe it actually happened. Tuesday night I cried tears of joy when I heard the results. And I so thrilled that the other three states with marriage equality laws up for vote had equal success.
That aside, it has been a busy week. Once again the kids were off school two days, which of course totally throws off my week. I am also super excited because today my DC Area Romance Readers group is getting together again. Very happy to see everyone today and catch up with old friends.
Last thing. We are reaching a point once again where I may be looking for additional reviewer(s). If you are at all interested and want to talk to me more about it, please send me an email. It is fun and easy and I will supply the books. You don’t need to be an experienced reviewer. Just enjoy reading a variety of books and be able to write about your thoughts. So let me know if you want to learn more.
