After a bad breakup, Adam Kavanaugh returns to his sleepy old river town to find himself. His family hasn’t changed, but he has some work to do readjusting to small town life, so much that he wonders if he’s made a mistake by coming home.

But from the moment Leith Marshall pops out of the Ohio River and smiles at him, there’s no turning back. Between Leith’s swimmer body, sweet laugh, and gentle soul, Adam is head over heels. Leith lets Adam into his little world bit by bit, from his mother’s abandoned aquarium shop to his elderly father’s fairy tale delusions.

Which might not be so delusional after all. Leith does have a certain affinity for water. It seems almost to listen to him. The current never pulls him downriver, the tub doesn’t splash, and the pool hardly moves around him even at an all out sprint. He can’t spend a night away from his river, and then there’s the way he sings. Adam has to admit, he’d steer his ship straight into the rocks for that.

So maybe Leith inherited a few things from his mysterious mother. It doesn’t mean he’ll disappear like she did. That’s absurd.

Brad is great at meeting other people’s expectations. But his own? Not so much. Take the gay thing. Okay, so yeah. It took a morning meeting with a frat brother’s hairy, naked ass for him to admit it, but he knows the truth about himself now. Let the gay life commence.

Unfortunately, it’s not that easy. He hasn’t quite determined how to come out to anyone, even Sebastian, the geeky-hot TA in his history class. Sebastian is everything Brad is not. Intellectual, suave, hairy. Out. And he doesn’t seem interested in Brad, even when Brad makes a fool of himself trying to catch his notice.

Brad’s been with plenty of girls, but with Sebastian, the sex is something else entirely-hot, mind-blowing, affirming, and a little domineering in a way that drives him wild. going for goldGoing for Gold Anthology edited by EM Lynley
Sports: Olympics

It’s not hard to see the outward appeal of the Olympic Games: watching the fittest and most-accomplished athletes in the world compete—generally with fairly skimpy uniforms. Voyeurism aside, there’s nothing sexier than a beautiful body running, jumping, swimming, rowing, and a couple dozen other activities. Who wouldn’t take the chance to enjoy the spectacle?

But the Olympics are more than just a chance to watch athletes at the peak of physical perfection. Every competitor at the Games has a story behind why they run or jump or swim, and why they compete. How they got to the Games, and what they sacrificed along the way to make the cut. To spectators, they may perform superhuman feats, but each and every one is human in the same way we all are.

In this collection of stories, you’ll find there’s a lot more to competing at Olympic level than being the best in one’s field. Expectations and pressures from family, friends, coaches and country add up, and sometimes it’s only the love of the right man who can make the effort worth it. And sometimes, love is more important than going for gold.

Maverick Holms and Duke Warren share almost everything–a college soccer team, an apartment and the same extremely competitive nature. Thanks to that never-back-down spirit, they’re about to share more than they bargained for.

Ok, so here are the rules folks! (Are you noting the red font of seriousness here?).  Please, please read all the boring details because I want each and every one of you to be eligible to win. Especially because the entry process is different than normal.  So here goes…

So as you may have noticed, we have MANY prizes to award.  Typically with these events I contact each winner as their name is drawn and give everyone 24 hours to respond with their book choice. However, with 64 prizes that could take two months.  So, we are doing things a bit differently this time.  I am asking everyone to leave their top 5-10 prizes in order within their comment. If I draw your name, I will pick the first available prize from your list.  If there are no prizes left on your list and your name is drawn, never fear.  You will still get to pick a prize.  I will contact you directly and you will have 24 hours to respond with your choice.  But hopefully overlap will be minimal and this will allow me to assign at least some of the prizes without having to wait for the email back and forth. We will see how it goes, but I am optimistic it will go faster (plus, I am not partying at GRL this time so that should help!).

  1. Leave a comment to enter the giveaway.  Prizes will be awarded in the order names are drawn through Random.org.
  2. Please include in your comment your top 5-10 prize choices, in order.  I only need to know the book title (except for if you are requesting Out of Bounds and then I need the author too because we have two books by that title).
  3. WordPress collects emails when you enter so you do not need to leave an email UNLESS you want me to contact you at a different address than you use to sign in. If that is the case, please leave it in the comments.
  4. PLEASE, PLEASE be sure to set your spam filter to accept mail from Joyfully Jay (joyfullyjay@gmail.com).  During Young Love Week I had several folks miss out on prizes because they never responded to my email and I don’t want that to happen to you.
  5. If your name is drawn I will either award you a prize from your list, or contact you to pick one.  Either way, I will send you an email and YOU MUST REPLY WITHIN 24 HOURS.  Even if I pick something off your list I will still need to hear back from you to confirm that you got the message before I pass your name along to the author or publisher to send you your prize. I don’t want them to be forced to track you down.
  6. You must be 18 or older to enter the contest.  Sorry, adult content here folks.

The contest closes on Saturday, March 2 at 11:59 pm EST.

So I that’s it. If you have any questions, shoot me an email and we will talk. Good luck and enjoy!
