Alex enjoyed his first “gay for pay” porn job way more than he ever expected to. While Alex was looking forward to the payment, his professional partner rocked his world. After his performance, Alex ends up back at the home of the hot, tattooed assistant that caught his eye when he first arrived at the studio.
Peter is edgy and flirty and different from anyone Alex knows. He is experienced and well versed in a lifestyle that Alex knows absolutely nothing about. While Peter thinks that Alex would be a quick and hot one nighter, Alex doesn’t want to move quite that fast. After Peter confesses what he really likes in the bedroom, Alex may just want a whole lot more from Peter.
Alex is hi-lar-ious. Absolutely hilarious and his attitude and self-deprecating humor come through from word one. This is a short story, and at about 20 pages it is a very short story. Vargas is still able to put a lot together in a few pages as Alex comes undone.
Alex thinks he’s probably bi, although his experience with men is very limited. After Alex’s on-screen partner up-ends him, well, he thinks he may lean more toward being gay and there is a lengthy scene with Alex and his co-star before Alex and Peter spend any real time together.
The beginning of the story was an entertaining and well paced erotic nugget. Once Alex and Peter get together, it then opened itself up to a lot of issues that did not have nearly enough time to be explored. Peter is an interesting character and is dealing with some personal fallout, but too much is then dropped on us in too few pages. Alex and Peter spend some brief time together, the story then ends rather abruptly, and there is no indication that there will be any more for the pair.
If you are looking for a quick read, this story had many moments of entertainment and humor with an erotic vibe and a tentative start to a new relationship.
