Length: Short Story

After their first night together, Daniel knows he wants to scene with Ryan again. And Ryan is more than willing. Their connection is tangible, and they work well together, so both men are looking forward to seeing where this thing between them goes. Daniel’s control is absolute, and Ryan tests that in the best possible ways. Now they just have to figure out how to take the next step.

In this second installment of this erotic short serial, Daniel and Ryan are moving toward a relationship of sorts. At least, they agree to start doing scenes together exclusively and start negotiating their parameters. I was anxious to get back to these guys after the way the last one left off, and knowing that it’ll be a ten-part serial helps to both assuage and build up the anticipation of watching their relationship develop.

Guys, the chemistry between the MCs is off the charts. There’s an intensity and electricity in every single interaction. Sexual or not, these guys spark hot and burn. In a serial like this, that goes a long way. I’m telling you, I’m riveted to the pages, short though they may be. What’s particularly interesting for me is Daniel’s complete control all the time, and the way Ryan pushes that and still works within it. Their scenes aren’t the typical ones you may expect, but they are amazingly hot, tender, and emotional.

I’m still missing a little bit of the guys’ backgrounds, and, since the story is told exclusively from Daniel’s POV, also missing Ryan’s thoughts and feelings. Though the author does a great job showing us glimpses of what Ryan wants and thinks. I’m hoping as the serial progresses we get more of both.

But I’m completely invested in these characters and their journey. I can’t wait to see what happens next, and have high hopes for things as they move forward, especially in regards to Daniel’s growth. I urge you to read along with me, watching Daniel and Ryan navigate the ups and downs of their relationship.
