Hi gang! Hope you all had a great week!
So just to catch everyone up on a few things. First off, the redesign! Hurray! I am so happy with how it all came out and it seems like things are finally just about all put together. Last week we were still getting all the graphics loaded, etc, but now it seems to all be showing up well. Just a note that for some reason comments are appearing very slowly. We can see them on the back end, but depending on the browser they are sometimes not appearing on the reader end right away. I am looking into that with my site host, so hopefully that will be resolved soon. But in the meantime, try clearing your cache and see if that helps. Also, if you notice anything else wonky, please tell me. It is a BIG site and so there are things I don’t touch every day that I may not have noticed. So if you see anything that looks off, please let me know. But I hope you all are enjoying it!
Second, we wrapped up our first week of Reading Challenge Month 2018 yesterday, and today we kick off week 2: Diverse Books Week! I will have more info coming in a post later today that will highlight what we are reading, as well as the awesome prizes donated by some fabulous authors, along with all the rules. We had a great response to New-To-Me Author Week, and there is still lots of time to jump in for the remaining three weeks by reading along with us and/or commenting on challenge posts.
