Today I am so pleased to welcome Roe Horvat to Joyfully Jay. Roe has come to share an NSFW excerpt from his latest release, Adam Only (Those Other Books), which we reviewed here and loved. He has also brought along a great tour wide giveaway. Please join me in giving Roe a big welcome!

Excerpt (NSFW)

Christoffer showered in the small guest bathroom downstairs and returned back to his bedroom with a towel wrapped around his hips. He was nervous, so much so his hands trembled when he opened the drawer to check the condoms and lube were there.

He had a twenty-two-year-old dancer getting ready next door. A beautiful boy, cocky and dangerously sexy. Insecurities Christoffer had forgotten he had all crept out of the nooks in his mind and were preparing for a party. He rubbed his face in frustration and sank onto the edge of the bed. He stared at his hands, at the freckles covering them, at the blunt nails, clean if nothing else, at those rough, thick, callused fingers. A carpenter’s hands. He might have his engineering degree, his business, his credentials, but he was a carpenter at heart, and he would always look like one.

He clenched his fists and released, stretching his fingers. The hair on his forearms was damp from his shower; he remembered how Adam had dragged his nails through it on the balcony at Liam’s mansion. How the young man kissed—hungry and focused. Those fingers massaging his cock, and how those lips looked stretched around the tip…

He would have the man naked in his bed for a few hours. The possibilities were endless. He wouldn’t fuck this up.

The door creaked open, and Christoffer looked up, startled. His mind went blank.

Adam stood there, naked.

“I couldn’t get the glitter off properly, sorry,” he said, looking oddly bashful.

He was gorgeous. His body glowed in the yellow light of the lamp on the nightstand. He was smooth, hairless, just that neatly trimmed thatch of dark hair above his half-hard cock. Adam was short and compact, a head shorter than Christoffer’s six feet four inches. Christoffer wanted to wrap himself all around the precious beauty.

“Come here,” he breathed, holding back his irrational urge to grab and own. I don’t know him at all, his mind said. His body and soul didn’t listen.

Adam stepped closer, standing between Christoffer’s thighs. Christoffer lifted his arms to smooth his hands up and down Adam’s sides. The soft skin was damp, with small specks of glitter dotted here and there, and Christoffer thought of hidden treasures, of sparklers and long winter evenings spent in bed. He’d found a treasure. And he was losing his mind. His fingers traced Adam’s collarbones, and his head spun with emotion and lust and memories of things which had never happened. He closed his eyes and let his head fall forward, breathing in the scent of Adam’s skin. He smelled of Christoffer’s shower gel.

Kissing Adam’s sternum, he traveled downward, mapping the smooth planes of Adam’s torso with his lips. He found a nipple and licked it, trying to catch a taste. But Adam had showered thoroughly, so Christoffer would have to get him sweaty to smell and taste the real Adam again. He sucked lightly and was glad to hear Adam hiss. He toyed with the small, tight nipple, flicking his tongue over it, licking and sucking, and Adam held Christoffer’s head close to his chest. Christoffer caught Adam’s cock with his left hand and caressed it. It grew harder in his palm. He sucked the other nipple into his mouth, squeezed Adam’s cock and was rewarded with a groan. He would make the man yell his lungs out.

“Get on the bed,” he said, and Adam obeyed, lying on his stomach and pushing his ass up, unashamed.

Christoffer froze upon seeing the young man’s form on his bed, the small round ass tilted upward. Damn. He stroked the firm cheeks with his palm, just admiring, marveling at the soft, downy hair and perfect porcelain skin.

“Beautiful.” The words came unchecked. “Sweetheart, you’re gorgeous.”

Adam was watching him, his face serious for once. Christoffer ran his fingers through Adam’s crack, over his lower back and along his spine, then dug them into the hair at his nape. He tugged lightly, and Adam’s eyes fluttered shut, his lips parted. The expression was so erotic, it spurred Christoffer into action.

He stuffed two pillows under Adam’s hips, and Adam reached between his legs, adjusting his cock where it was nestled between the pillows. Christoffer kneeled behind him, and his groin pulsed at the sight of Adam’s ass, the tight, pink hole and hairless taint. To grab and hold and own and fuck…

“I want to rim you,” he blurted.

“Yes!” Adam’s answer was immediate.

On stage, Adam lets his passion drive him. All his secret desires, everything nasty, dirty, and beautiful flows freely through him, for once in harmony. His soul thrives when his body moves, but only on stage. Adam’s passionate nature makes him a great dancer…and a failure at life. He’s a lonely, emotional mess. Going home with a man far out of his reach is the last thing Adam should do. Christoffer represents everything Adam isn’t: strong, independent, educated, and rich. His kind eyes, at odds with his brutish form, make Adam’s knees and restraint buckle.

Once Christoffer sees Adam dancing, he’s lost. The young man is mesmerizing, otherworldly, and unpredictable. Whatever might happen between them, it will be transient, and Christoffer will most likely get hurt. The temptation is too great, however, and the sex explosive. He might as well enjoy every moment he’s given, even if it’s just one day, maybe two. If Christoffer treads carefully, Adam might stay until Monday.
