challenge month 2020 badgeHi everyone! Today we are kicking off our 6th Annual Reading Challenge Month with Self Published Book Week! If you want more details on the event itself, including specifics on the rules and how to enter for prizes, check out the Kick Off Post.

This week’s reading challenge is pretty straightforward: choose a book that is self published. So anything the author has released themselves, outside of a third-party publisher. Romance land is full of amazing self published books, so hopefully this will be an easy challenge to get you guys started!

Self Published Book Week is sponsored by a huge and fabulous group of self-published authors who have all donated prizes. We got so many prizes (so, so many!) that I divided them up into 10 prize bundles. Each bundle has around 10-12 books, so we are not playing around here! You can see the full list of prizes on our Prize Preview post. You can enter to win by commenting on challenge posts or reading along with you own challenge books and writing a mini review on Friday (check out all the rules and details on the kick off post).

Here is what we are reviewing this week for the challenge:

Monday

  • #20DaysToLA by Tanya Chris
  • Changes by Kaje Harper

Tuesday

  • The B Side by B. Harmony
  • A Friend in the Dark by Gregory Ashe and C.S. Poe

Wednesday

  • All or None by Aurora Lee Thornton
  • Second Helpings by Brandon Witt

Thursday

  • The Hero and the Hidden Royal by Renae Kaye
  • Taste by Christian Williams

Friday

Be sure to check out these reviews and leave comments on the post for entries to win the the self-published book bundles. Plus, read along with us and write a mini review on Friday and earn even more entries! And all entries enter you to win the fabulous grand prize of a Kindle Paperwhite loaded with NineStar Press books!
