Today I am so pleased to welcome Annabeth Albert to Joyfully Jay. Annabeth has come to share the exclusive cover reveals of the upcoming Bold Brew multi-author series. She has also brought a great giveaway. Please join me in giving her a big welcome!
Greetings!
We are so thrilled to be here today to reveal not one but TEN new covers for you in a BRAND-NEW multi-author series in the BOLD BREW universe. Thank you so much to Jay for hosting us! Be sure to scroll to the bottom for all the details & a fun giveaway too. Do you love coffeeshop romances? Us too! In fact, we love them so much that we got together to write books set around a coffeeshop, BOLD BREW, located in a fictional town that we worked together as a group to populate with fun businesses, side characters, a university and more. The hub of the series, though, is the coffeehouse. Each book relates in some way back to this LGBTQ+ inclusive coffeehouse which serves as a gathering spot for the community and is especially kink-friendly. We wanted to show a different side of kink than you often see in books—the coffeehouse munches and safe-play demonstrations and community education and engagement beyond play parties and sex clubs. A warm & cuddly side to kink!
With that in mind, we each picked some of our favorite tropes and sexy kinks to explore. I’m so incredibly proud of each of these ten books and these authors. We have a wide variety of interests represented and some super unique pairings that I think readers will love! We ended up with a range of finished lengths of books from 30k novellas to 100k+ novels, but to make it easy to collect all ten books, all will debut at $2.99 for pre-order & release week! Readers can enjoy the series as stand-alone books as well, but the shared setting and cameo appearances by other characters make it fun to jump from book to book. Pre-orders are now live for these super-steamy romances, and we’d love to tell you more about each of these below. You can also find out more in our Facebook group for the series right here!
And thank you to Cate Ashwood for the cover design for the series! www.cateashwooddesigns.com
Cup of Joe by Annabeth Albert (Book One releasing Feb. 25)
Sometimes an ordinary Joe is all you need…
Newbie barista Levi Miles is trying to figure out post-graduation life, and a recent breakup hasn’t helped. However, his charming blue-collar customer with the simple order and reassuring voice is his favorite part of the day. He doesn’t need a boyfriend. Or a Daddy. But bantering with Joe leads to a summer fling. Exploring long-held desires brings them closer, and the idea of parting gets harder. Pushing past their fears may be the only way to keep this special thing going. Can they order up a happy ending before time runs out?
Puppuccino by Allison Temple (Book Two releasing March 4)
With a new puppy slowly destroying Charlie’s apartment, his last hope is Mason the dog trainer. Mason believes there are no bad dogs, only dog owners who need more training. But one look at Charlie’s puppy dog eyes, and Mason wants to give him more than his usual services. Together, Charlie is learning control he didn’t know he had, but can Mason truly help Charlie run free, or will the past keep him leashed and out of Mason’s reach?
Perfect Matcha by Erin McLellan (Book Three releasing March 11)
When Theo needs a date for an ex-boyfriend’s wedding, he knows just the solution—a matchmaker. And there’s no better matchmaker than his best friend, Camden.
Camden has been in love with Theo forever, but he’ll do anything to make Theo happy, even if it hurts. And he already has a match for Theo in mind—the handsome owner of the local adult novelty shop.
There’s only one problem: Theo has zero experience with toys. Luckily, Camden is only a phone call away and more than happy to walk Theo through naughty gadget lessons.
Vanilla Steamer by Crystal Lacy (Book Four releasing March 18)
From the moment Vann meets the coffee shop’s new early-morning regular, he can’t stop himself from teasing Landon. So what if Landon’s most likely vanilla? The handsome doctor reacts so beautifully to his flirting.
Landon can’t get the barista at the local coffee shop out of his mind. He’s never once considered himself adventurous, but for Vann, he’s willing to explore sides of himself he didn’t know existed.
As it turns out, Landon’s not very vanilla at all. Together, he and Vann set out to explore his limits in their new relationship.
Order Up by Wendy Qualls (Book Five releasing March 23)
Barista Blake Hilliard has sexy secret and a fanbase eager to see more from him. He’s down a play partner, so it’s fortuitous that new customer Graham Aldersen is a dead ringer for the old one. Going live on the internet is out of straight-laced Graham’s comfort zone but Blake makes the experience eminently worth the risk.
Graham finds himself wanting more: more sexy fun, more quiet chats, as much more of Blake as he can get. Blake doesn’t “do” boyfriends, though, and he certainly isn’t the type that Graham ever thought he’d fall for. Will this mismatched duo be able to order up a happily ever after?
Silky Smooth by A.M. Arthur (Book Six releasing March 30)
Falling in love isn’t always smooth sailing…
College drop-out Nicolas Cannon has a secret he’s been hiding for all his adult life. A secret that has left him isolated and mostly friendless—until the day a very friendly parrot flies into his life. In his search to discover the parrot’s owner, Nicolas meets the handsome, enigmatic and much-older Alex Durant. A man with money and power, Alex also possesses something else Nicolas never expected: a shared love of silky, sexy underthings.
Fair Trade by Cate Ashwood (Book Seven releasing April 6)
After working with the same partner for almost fifteen years, she ditched me for a cushy teaching job. And I thought things couldn’t get worse.
I was wrong.
Because walking into the ambulance station to see my new rookie is none other than the guy I’d picked up in a seedy bar would’ve been bad enough. Except we hadn’t just hooked up. Nope. What we’d done went so far beyond an anonymous one-nighter.
And now I’m not sure what to do with myself, because being with Nick isn’t just against station rules. It’s against mine. But I can’t seem to stop, and what’s even more concerning… I can’t make myself care.
Extra Whip by LA Witt (Book Eight releasing April 13)
For twenty years, Aaron and Will have adapted whenever their desires haven’t quite matched…until now. When Aaron’s masochistic needs push past his Dom’s limits, their best hope for compromise is a unicorn—a third who is both a submissive and a sadist.
Enter Kelly, a perfect match. Will and Aaron don’t want to be poly, and Kelly doesn’t want to be anyone’s third wheel, but playing together? Any time, any place.
And by the time they realize they’re in over their heads, hitting the brakes is no longer as simple as using a safe word.
Cinnamon Roll by Anna Zabo (Book Nine releasing April 18)
This cinnamon roll has plenty of bite!
Maxime Demers has had an eye on Tom Cedric, watching him flit between awful men. He knows he could give Tom what he needs.
Tom Cedric thinks Max is out of his league. He’s way too good for someone like Tom.
When Max needs a replacement helper for a demo he’s giving, Tom jumps at the chance. A demo should be safe. A few hours. No stakes. Neither man is prepared when sparks ignite, and Tom is unprepared to discover the sweet man behind those dominating looks.
Double Shot by Gwen Martin (Book Ten releasing April 22)
Wounded by failed love and the weight of a dark past, West finds interest in Rhys, an alluring photographer whose work calls to his Little’s desires. After sharing a mind-blowing photo session, an emotional connection sparks, with a power dynamic that soothes the chaos inside West and opens his eyes to a potential for love. But can he take a second shot on a man and trust Rhys with everything he is?

My favourite order is a strong flat white
Anything with mocha is a favorite. These covers look great all together.
Thank you.
My favorite order is actually tea…. Usually a London Fog Latte
I’m a plain black coffee or espresso preferred gal. Though when mood strikes I might choose something a bit sweet – but not often. 🙂
My favorite thing to order is a cold brew! I love any of the flavors but my favorites are salted caramel and pumpkin ?
My favorite thing to order is either a cappuccino or an iced coffee.
I just order coffee with almond milk.
I’m loving steamed cold brews these days. So smooth!
Hot chai made with oat milk ?. Local chai brewer, local coffee shop!
Oh yum!
I’m a frou frou drinker all the way so give me caramel macchiato and toss on whip cream, sprinkles, sauce…you name it.
This sounds like a fantastic series! My drink of choice is a skinny coconut latte.
Chai latte with almond milk
This looks like a great series! I actually don’t drink coffee :hangs head: so I always order an iced tea, no lemon.
When I let myself indulge its usually a mocha latte! I am looking forward to reading this series!
Favorite order – mocha!
Can’t wait for these
I love the combo of sepia and colorful title. Thanks for the giveaway!
Welcome, Annabeth, and thanks for sharing about the Bold Brew series which sounds great! My favorite coffee shop drink is hot chocolate with whipped cream.
My fave changes every season. I’m a Peppermint Mocha girl during the winter and a Vanilla Sweet Cream Coldbrew drinker the rest of the time!
Can’t wait ?
My favorite is blueberry iced coffee.
My favorite to order is a Mocha Frappuccino or Ice tea.
Hot chocolate is the best!
I love a good hot chocolate!
White chocolate mochas
Put the wrong email in
Depends on the day…either a regular drip coffee or, if I’m feeling like a little hit of sugar, basically anything with white chocolate! Hot, iced, frapp…doesn’t matter! Can’t wait for this new series!
All of these sound lovely! I’m excited to see all of them start releasing!
My drinks of choice are: matcha lattes or hazelnut mochas. (And usually a pastry or two!)
I usually just get a large black coffee. In the summer, I tend to drink iced mocha.
Simple drip coffee with extra cream
I love a cinnamon dulce latte – my favorite!
This series sounds great. I’ll probably be reading all of them. I always order a latte. I usually order the seasonal latte, pumpkin, gingerbread, whatever is in season. If there is no seasonal latte, I’ll have the Caramel latte. Always with almond or oat milk.
It varies with what’s available seasonally. I love peppermint mocha but chai latte is my backup when it’s out of season.
Oh these are both my favorites!
I love flavored coffee of any kind!
The only coffee I like is in tiramisu, so I’ll have a chai latte with an extra shot of chai or a double dark hot chocolate!
I love the titles of these books. Plus the covers are really steamy!
Definitely not coffee! I go for the baked goods.
My favorite order is an iced caramel machiotto
They all sound great but I think EXTRA WHIP is the one I’m most looking forward to. A submissive sadist? I can’t wait!
I love my caramel macchiato iced coffee, but I also look forward to limited editions during holidays!
My favorite is hot tea with lemon. I love Silky Smooth.
Not much of a coffee or tea drinker but i do enjoy some hot chocolate,
Iced coffee with some vanilla cream
My favorite order is hot coca
This series look awesome! And those covers!! Wow! I love coffee, but I’m a sweet tooth, so a caramel latte with whipped cream yum yum… thanks for the giveaway ?
Peppermint Mocha in Starbucks or plain iced coffee milk at Indonesian coffee outlets
Lately I’ve been into peppermint tea with cocoa mixed in. It gives the already lovely hot chocolate more flavor.
Mine is tea – the London Fog latte.
My order pretty much without fail, no matter the temp outside, is a skinny vanilla latte, iced. In the summer I will occasionally break my pattern and buy a s’mores frappuccino because I am a sucker for a s’more (I also enjoy the s’mores oreo).
These 10 books look like fun reading. Hopefully there’s a way to single-click purchase the set at Amazon.
As far as beverages, with the pandemic, very limited shopping trips, so the morning iced coffee and afternoon sun tea will be it until it’s safer.
I usually just get a sweet iced coffee with peppermint mocha creamer. Thanks for the chance.
I usually get a flavored coffee, preferably cinnamon or vanilla. Thanks for the chance!
Just a normal soy latte. 🙂
Nonfat mocha has been my go-to for years – every morning on the way to work. Barristas saw me and had it going before I ordered:)
These books look great! Can’t wait to read them. I love mocha coffees or cold flavoured cappuccinos.
