Hi everyone! I hope you all had a great week!
The weather turned lovely here, at least for a few days. Amazing how much my mood changes when it is nice out! Yesterday, we enjoyed our last pre-Passover meal by eating sandwiches outside at a local restaurant. We have been eating almost exclusively carry out (rather than at restaurants outside) and I’m finding how much I appreciate being able to eat food that is just prepared rather than sitting in take out containers. But we were able to safely distance while eating outside and it was a counter service place, so I felt good about it. And enjoying the sun is priceless!
Last night kicked off the Jewish holiday of Passover, which always ends up meaning a lot of baking and cooking for me since so many prepared foods are off the list (during Passover, you cannot eat certain grains, including wheat). I hope that any of you celebrating had a joyous Sedar and have an easy week of eating!
