Hi everyone! I hope you all had a great week!
First off, lots of crazy weather going on right now, so my thoughts are with everyone affected by the volcano eruption in the South Pacific and the tsunamis and warnings in the aftermath. It also sounds like a lot of nasty winter winter in the U.S. right now, so hopefully you are all staying safe, warm, and with power!
We headed to the beach on Friday for a long weekend with the kids before my oldest goes back to school. Unfortunately, the weather isn’t really cooperating at home, so it looks like we are heading back a little early so as not to get caught in snow/ice on the way back. Fortunately, we get to go to the beach house often enough that a slightly shortened trip isn’t too bad. We did get some good food, lots of reading time, and a trip outlet shopping!
