Hi all! I hope you had a great week!
I spent pretty much all of my week at GayRomLit in Portsmouth, VA. GRL is an annual LGBTQ romance conference and this was my 10th year attending. To say being back feels like being among family is such an understatement. While I am lucky enough to spend a lot of time with this community online, nothing compares to seeing your people in person. I have made so many incredibly dear friends through my reading over the years, and GRL is a chance to see so many of them in real life. As always, I moderated the annual newbie meet and greet, and I added moderating the narrator panel this year, which were both amazing. I attended some great panels and discussions. And I spent a lot of time just hanging out with some amazing people who love reading as much as me. So it was a wonderful week (despite losing my voice near entirely by day 1) and I am already missing all my people!
Sorry I am late getting this one up today, but Saturday was crazy and Sunday was travel day, so I am just getting in gear with today’s post. But here is what we have planned this week…
