Hi all! I hope you are having a great week!

Today is the big football game here in the U.S. I don’t really care much about the game, though I may try to catch the halftime performance with Rihanna. I hope everyone watching enjoys and that all your teams win! Otherwise, we have mostly spent the weekend prepping kitchen stuff in anticipation of the renovation. We finished cleaning out all our cabinets. Not everything is packed yet, but we made huge trash and donation piles, so at least everything left is stuff we are keeping.

Blog wise I’m trying to get a lot of reading in this week, as next week I leave for Florida and the Coastal Magic Convention. I am so excited to get away for a week. It is terrible timing with the kitchen stuff, but also I can really use the emotional break from a lot of real life stuff, so I’m definitely looking forward to it. I can’t wait to see old and new friends at the con, plus I am spending a few days at the end with some good friends, so I can’t wait!
