Hi all! I hope you had a great week!
I know you are probably already tired of hearing about it, but our big excitement is that they are finally starting our kitchen remodel on Monday. And I say “finally,” but it was really only about six weeks from ordering everything to the start of install, which is crazy fast overall. Last year, lead time was more like nine months, so I am not complaining. We spent the weekend finishing all the last minute kitchen packing. We also set up a mini kitchen in the dining room with food and some basics to get us through the 4-6 weeks we will be out of a kitchen. I planned ahead and froze some meals, because I have a feeling eating out all the time will get old. I’ll share some pictures as we go along, but I am super excited to get started.
