Hi all! I hope you had a great week!
Not only did a read a lot this week, but I also had good week for TV romances as well. I finished the second season of Heartstopper, which is so wildly adorable and engaging. I had to seriously pace myself or I would have watched in all in one day. I also watched Red, White, and Royal Blue and just loved it. I’ll admit, I was a little nervous. Not only do I always get wary when a beloved book gets turned into a movie, but this book had such mainstream success that it feels important to me that the movie do well. I’m happy to say, I really enjoyed this one too. Romantic, sweet, true to the main beats of the book (though obviously a lot is left out), and it left me with just a happy glow when it was over.
