Hi everyone! I can’t believe we are entering our final week of this year’s Reading Challenge Month! It always seems to go so fast! If you want more details on the event itself, including specifics on how to enter to win some amazing prizes, check out the kick off post.
This week is Judge a Book By Its Cover Week! For this challenge, we are reading books that we chose because we love the cover. This is another challenge voted in by our readers and I am really excited for it. I love good cover art and for me at least, a gorgeous cover can really make me pick up a book. So I am looking forward to seeing what everyone chooses and finding out whether the insides live up to the outsides!

I’m going to read Fishy Riot by Lindsey Black – the fish circle and green colour caught my eye!
I have heard of this one but know nothing about it. Look forward to your review!
A good read from a great friend.
I have two ‘candidates’. I actually have finished one already (it’s a novella) and the other one is not only having such gorgeous cover (as most books with Natascha Snow’s covers are *lol*) but I’ve been WANTING to read this one for a while but it was buried on my TBR
1) Making Love (by Aidan Wayne), F/F, cute adorable pink cover (Riptide publishing)
2) Peter Darling (by Austin Chant), M/M, gorgeous blue with black figure in the middle (NineStar Press)
Oh yes, Natasha Snow does amazing work!
The month is flying by! Looks like another good week.
Thanks Kareni!
I really should sponsor this event!
Judge a Book by its Gay Cover
Yes, it’s so hard to believe how fast the month is going by. My pick for this category will be Sand and Ruin and Gold by Alexis Hall.
Oh good choice!
I am going to read the Castaway Prince by Isabelle Adler as my cover choice. I was hoping to read Antisocial also, but I am reading Tender With A Twist by Annabeth Albert, so I may run short on time.
yes, that one has a nice cover!
I hope I can make it this week, but work is getting in the middle. I’m planing on reading Cemeteries by Moonlight by Hunter Frost
Those darn day jobs! Always in the way!
I’m going to read When All the World Sleeps by by Lisa Henry/ J.A. Rock
I wish there was a way to post the covers in the comments because I’m going to be looking all of these up!
Oh good choice! I adore this book!
And yes, I wish there was a way to upload images in the comments. I am going to have to look to see if it is doable for Friday. If not, I’ll try to load them as people mention them.
I’m currently reading The Ghost of Buxton Manor by Jonathan Ferrara which piqued my interest when I’ve first seen its cover before, which I found intriguing AND I’m loving it so far. ?
Oh I’m not familiar with that one. Can’t wait to hear what you think!
I really cried my heart out at the end. It was such an incredibly-written novel. I loved it with everything I am. <3
LOL I want to say that is wonderful but I realize I am cheering that you cried! But glad it made such an impact on you! I love when that happens!
I’ll try AUTOBOYOGRAPHY by Christina Lauren–quite the pretty, swoony image!
Lol, love the title. Sounds very swoon!
